The company holds a current New South Wales contractor licence in the builder class, and its director and nominated supervisor, Ali Mohanna, has held his own builder licence since 2001. The projects listed on this site are the ones Calibre has published over two decades; every one was delivered for a developer or landowner, most under a design and construct contract.

Calibre works from an office in a building it delivered, Serenity Canterbury on Charles Street, and most of its projects are within half an hour of it: the Canterbury-Bankstown area, the Wolli Creek and Arncliffe corridor, Ryde and Epping to the north, Sutherland to the south. The company has also delivered in the eastern suburbs, at Darling Point and now Bellevue Hill, and a commercial office building at Frenchs Forest.

The delivery model is director-led. A director is involved in pricing, in the design development of every project and in the relationship with the developer, and a construction manager runs the site. Calibre appoints and manages the consultants under design and construct, which means the developer deals with one party from the first site visit to the occupation certificate.
