Calibre's apartment work covers the full range of a class 2 residential building: basement excavation and structure, in-situ or precast concrete frame, envelope, services, fit-out, landscaping and common areas, through to occupation certificate.
Most projects are on consolidated sites in established suburbs, with occupied neighbours, tight boundaries and staging constraints. The sequencing of basement, crane, structure and envelope is settled at pricing rather than discovered on site.

Facade, windows, balconies, waterproofing and roofing, with the acoustic and thermal performance the consent requires.
Services and fit-out
Hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and fire services, then internal fit-out floor by floor.
Common areas and landscape
Lobbies, lifts, pools and terraces where specified, and the landscaped grounds.
Certification and handover
Occupation certificate, strata documentation, defects inspection and handover to the developer.
