Apartment builder in Liverpool

Calibre Construction Group's Westpoint project in Liverpool dates from 2004: 83 apartments over two towers in the city centre, on Campbell Street, built in precast concrete over a two-level basement with landscaped gardens and a central water feature. It is one of the earliest projects in the company's record and one of the earlier residential towers in Liverpool's CBD, which has since become one of the largest renewal centres in south western Sydney with the hospital and health precinct, the university campus and the Western Sydney Airport corridor driving new investment. Liverpool City Council's CBD controls allow substantial height close to the station and the Georges River, and most current sites are large consolidations. For a developer with a Liverpool CBD site, Calibre brings a completed two-tower project in the centre and two decades of delivering the same building type across Sydney's south west.
